We start each day by hand-making hundreds of burgers from our top-quality beef & secret family recipe (it takes for–ever!); then we prep our local produce, cheese, house sauces & marinades; and finally we light and stoke our open Kingsford charcoal fire and tend it all day.
When you order your burger – or chicken – or tri tip, we throw it on the grill. When it’s ready – the way you like it cooked, we pull it off the flame. A lot goes into our food. We take this time and effort because it is the only way to get that one-of-a-kind taste created when fire & smoke touches your food…smokey, tasty, char-grilled goodness.
